United Energy Corporation Renews and Increases Bank Facility to $105 Million

United Energy Corporation (UEC) renewed and increased its current bank facility to $105 million. It is a revolving credit facility that allows advances for working capital or to issue standby Letters of Credit. The bank facility was extended to March 31, 2009.
Rainbow Energy Marketing Corporation Opens Satellite Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Rainbow Energy Marketing Corporation (REMC), a subsidiary of United Energy Corporation, opened an office in Minneapolis, MN to further expand its presence in its power marketing business. REMC now maintains offices in Bismarck, ND, Overland Park, KS, Jacksonville, FL, and Minnesota, MN.
REMC is a wholesale short-term physical power marketer and also provides asset management services. REMC customers include Investor-Owned Utilities, Municipalities, Cooperatives and Wholesale Energy Merchants.
United Energy Trading, LLC Opens Satellite Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma

To further develop its North American natural gas marketing business, United Energy Trading, LLC (UET), an affiliate of United Energy Corporation, opened an office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This office is dedicated to the aggregation of producer volume as well as supplying larger industrial end-use accounts. UET now maintains offices in Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Tulsa, OK, Gillette, WY and Calgary, Alberta.
UET is a fully integrated natural gas marketing company that conducts business in all the lower 48 states and Canada and ships gas on over 70 different pipelines and gathering systems.
